The Thanksgiving Feast

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

My Grandmom and Grandad were in town for Thanksgiving.
It's the first time Mom and her parents have had Thankgiving together in about 18 years.

Of course Cousin Randy and Cousin Ann were there to join us along with Ann's fiance John.

In addition, Ann and Randy's parents decided to visit too, so it was a full house full of relatives. We had a huge amount of food as usual and yummy dessert....

...turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, carrots, stuffing, salad, cranberry sauce, Ann's famous noodles, Randy's yummy baklava & pumpkin pie....

It was all sooooo good.

It was lots of fun to see everyone dressed up.

Only a couple of costumes really scared me.

Sebastien was out of town for Halloween,

so we had a pre-halloween day with Nora.

I dressed up as a firefighter.

My mommy made me a firefighter costume from scratch.

Grandma's 70th Birthday in Boulder

They actually made me take my little shoes off.

We've arrived in Boulder to surprise Grandma!

She didn't know that we were coming to her 70th birthday party,

so we surprised her by just showing up at her door. She opened the door and screamed!

The Pumpkin Patch

Today we went to the Pumpkin Patch.

We met Ben and Lilly and their dad Patrick and Ben and Colin and their parents Sean and Stephanie. We went on a hay ride, and cruised around in wheelbarrels. We searched and searched until we found the perfect pumpkin. It was a good day.

A Typical Day with Sebastien

Sebastien is my very best friend.

We spend at least three or four days a week together and I'm always glad to see him.

Pound a Ball is one of our favorite games as long as we're pounding the balls and not each other.

There's just something about the microwave that entertains us for hours on end.

Academy of Sciences Pre-Opening Party

Today we went to a Pre-Opening Party at the Academy of Sciences for people involved in the design and construction industry. Mommy's office designed the cafe and restaurant so we were able to get a preview before the doors opened. Boy, was it fun! There were fish and birds and penguins and so much more. I was so overstimulated that by the end I was exhausted. When we got to the car I was asleep in seconds.

My favorite exhibit was the penguins. They swim right up to you to say hi.

There was a rainforest with frogs, birds and plants.

Stuffed animals that looked a lot different than the ones I have at home.

And lots of fish.
